Graduation Requirements
Michigan Department of Education. We offer a wide variety of core courses and electives to help students meet graduation requirements. Listed below are the credits that students must complete to meet graduation status in accordance with the Michigan Department of Education and the Dollar Bay-Tamarack City Board of Education. In addition, students must take elective classes for credit. The total number of required credits for graduation is 27.5.

3 Credits | Social Studies | .5 credits in Civics; .5 credits in Economics, U.S. History & Geography; World History & Geography |
1 Credit | Physical Education / Health | Credit guidelines to be developed by state Dept. of Education |
1 Credit | Visual, Performing, Applied Arts | Credit guidelines to be developed by state Dept. of Education |
2 Credits | Foreign Language | 2 full credits of a foreign language or 1 credit of a foreign language and 1 credit of a Visual, Performing, or Applied Arts course |
