National Honor Society

The National Honors Society is an organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. Our local chapter, the Grace Gaffney Chapter, was started in 1976. Since that time Dollar Bay High School students have been inducted into this chapter.
To be a member of the National Honors Society, a student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher and be in the 10th, 11th, or 12th grade. This year the society members will run a food drive for the Salvation Army charity. Mrs. Kim Rogan leads NHS at Dollar Bay.
