Portage Health Medical Group will be offering FREE athletic screenings to student athletes on Tuesday, June 18th from 10:00-11:30 a.m.  Athletes should arrive prepared and must have a physical form (available in the principal's office) with completed health history.  It MUST also be signed by a parent in order to participate.  Bring eyeglasses or contact lenses for the vision test.  You do NOT need to bring a urine sample.  All athletes that will be in 6th-12th grade are encouraged to take advantage of these FREE screenings so that they are prepared for the 2013-14 school year.  

Our last day of school wil still be Thursday, June 6, 2013!  We are not required to make up any days due to inclement weather.  If you have any questions, please call Karen Ham in the principal's office.
